PLEASE help me.
I used the smoker twice. Its broken- E messages to Not turning on- CANT get ANYONE to help at Bradley. Can someone tell me what to do??

Check the plug in on the back of the unit

I did-
When I plug it in- everything lights up for a sec- then NOTHING.

are you tripping the gfci?

You might have a loose wire in the smoke generator. Take off the outside screws only from the smoke generator and make sure your connections are tight.

Mine does that too. It is normal. Are you then turning the smoke generator and/or the heating element on? There are On buttons on the front panel for each :)

Hi Cali
I'm a newbe from Illinois.
I bought a Bradley Digital smoker at a sale dirt cheap with the same problems.
I found that the E1 error was the temp sensor inside the smoker-I took the back off and when I pulled slightly on 1 of the 2 black wires to it the E1 error would go away and the unit would then work. For $4.99 I replaced it and now is working fine.

sounds like you may have a bad connection . or bad tc , i would contact Brian at bradley
