then cure #1 pick salt sugar and brown sugar

I vac seal it up

then the secound side in maple BRADLEY cure and pure maple to boot.

I ordered a smoke daddy cold smoke generater and it should be here friday or saterday and i will put it on my brinkman  i hope .
i will take some pictures i plan on doing some of the bacon as triple smoked  and some just smoked and taste test .
