Title: New To Bradley Smokers

Hi, I'm a long time smoker (yes, the other kind too!) but have just got my first Bradley Digital Smoker.  I used to use my bbq with briquettes and chunks of branches off our cherry and apple trees which worked VERY well, however, it was a pain to clean out the residue from the bbq when I didn't want smoke flavor.  Here goes!
