I put one to 2 hours of smoke on jerky, then I transfer it to the dehydrator.

If you finish in the Bradley, do so with the vent wide open and rotate racks (top to bottom and front to back)

I would also empty the water pan when done with the smoke.

Dog - I usually run the temp around 150 to 160 and roll the smoke for two hours. You do want to remove the water pan after the smoke. THe time to finish depends on the thickness of the meat and how often yhou open the door to rotate the racks and check. As you rotate the racks, you'll want to test the pieces and you'll know when they are done. They should not be soft, but still flex went bent, not break.
