Sliced up 15 lbs of goose breast this morning. Marinating in the Reveo in 3 drum loads. Lost a couple lbs due to trimming.

Sounds like a goose start to the day!!
How long is the marinading cycle using the drum method?
Thanks,
JJ

goes from 5 to 20 mins. what normally takes 12 to 24 hours to marinade this does in 20 mins, vacuum tumbling.

Seems the goose looses more liquid than the other meats. Ended up with around 6 lbs 6 oz.

That jerky looks good! Amazing loss of weight though. So geese are full of something else besides goose sh*t apparently! :D
