Hello all. Received an Original Bradley Smoker for Christmas and am currently 2 smokes in....back ribs and boneless leg of lamb. Did the ribs on New Years and had great success. The lamb was for gyros and it turned out really well. Loving my new toy.
Looking forward to the spring so I don't have to contend with sub zero temps...has been hard to get to recommended temps thus far. (Canada)
Next smoke will be lake trout and I plan on using Boutch's brine and Habanero Smoker's method.
Future meal plans: Turkey drumsticks (Super Bowl), Chicken wings, pulled pork, mac and cheese
Good to be here :D
Hello Coop glad to have ya here too. Sounds like you are doing fine with it, but if you have any questions at all just ask. We all love to help out.
Welcome mr. coop
