Had a thought for cold smoking not even sure if this is possible but thought I'd run it past the crew here!! Buying a Bradley cold smoker attachment an then building a box to put grill racks in to cold smoke cheese and other things. Is this possible and if so does anyone have any ideas for pictures of thread references on it. I have a Trager that i us for all my meat stuff and jerky but don't see any way to make it into a cold smoker since i am wanting to start doing cheese and other cuts of meat.
Let me know and once again excuse the green questions and hope this is not a repeat!!
look on youtube at smoke daddy a guy put one on his trager and can smoke at any temp and with his grill off take a look i just bought one look at my bacon post today also

Not sure I get the question. If you are buying a cold smoke attachement for your bradley smoke generator, I assume you have a bradley smoker? Why not put your cheese in there? Maybe I am misinterpreting your definition of "buying a Bradley cold smoke attachment"
Its been cold here my brain is still defrosting
If you have the Bradley smoke generator here are a couple of ideas for a cold smoke box.
Cardboard Cold Smoking Box (http://www.johnwatkins.co.uk/personalpages/coldsmoking.htm)
Wood Cold Smoking Box (http://www.susanminor.org/forums/showthread.php?32-Cold-Smoking-Of-Cheese)
This picture doesn't show the bowl, but always use the water bowl
Others have come up with other creative ideas.
No i was going to buy a Bradley smoker generator to attach to some sort of box to make a cold smoker for cheese and other things. I have a Trager right now, no Bradley yet.............LOL like how i said yet!!
So then t answer your original question, yes it is possible and practical. It would be no different than many of the wooden smokers you see except without a heat source. I would think a simple wooden shed/bx would do.
Here's what I use for cold smoking.
