To start i got my smoke daddy and took a short video hope it works.

great day for cold smoking we have a blizzard today 30 degrees and here we go

out at room temp
and gave it a run threw the pool and patted it dry

had it sitting under the fan to dry
and added pepper with my little helper

let it sit while i got the smoker drilled for the smoke daddy

tastes great now i will let it sit the smoke on the fat was a little over powering
I do not think you want to hold a smoke daddy in your bare hand for too long. They get real hot.

A new day and 2 more hunks of bacon in the smoker they have cure #1 and brown sugar, something to try 3 hours of smoke today and rap in saran rap and 3hour more smoke monday
