Title: Moose roast

I'm new to this just got my smoker for christmas, done pork and chicken but like a recipe for a rub or marninade for a moose roast and some pointers  any help would be apperciated. Thanks

I would treat it just like beef or venison. I like my game roast with kosher salt, cracked black pepper and a mix of four hours of oak/cherry. I did also try the rub for a WTS Brisket on a roast and it turned out great.

Spiker, do a search on the forum.  Seems as I recall someone doing a moose roast not too long ago.
