OU812, Yes that is indeed cream cheese frosting  ;D The roll was turned upside down so all the good gooey stuff was on top.
As I stated the wife made them I just cooked them.  I found the recipe, except the frosting.
Dough for 16 small rolls
1- egg room temp
1-cup of 80° F. Water
3-TBL of oil-vegatable
1/3 cup of sugar
1-tsp salt
3-1/2 cups Bread flour
1-1/2 tsp of active dry yeast

Put all  the ingrediants (leave out 1-1/2cup of flour for later) in bowl and mix with  beaters for two minutes, then add the rest of the flour to make a soft dough, then put on a lightly floured bread board and kneed for 4 to 6 minutes, then put in in a greased bowl and cover loosely and let it rise for 30 to 40 minutes. then roll it out to a 12"x8" rectangle and cover it with 1/3 cup of soft butter and 1/4 cup of brown sugar, 2 TBL of cinnamon and 1/4 cup of raisans. A 1/4 cup of crush walnuts is optional. Then roll it all up and slice them in 1" slices. I baked them at 350° F for 1/2 hour on the primo. The Glaze/frosting is just room temp  cream cheese with powdered sugar in it, I think she used like 1/2 a brick of cream cheese and have no idea how much powdered sugar she used, i would start with a tsp and keep adding until you think you like it. and dont forget to turn them upside down before putting on the frosting. She may have used a little more butter and Brown sugar but what I wrote was the base recipe.

Keymaster

I use this on my rolls

6 Tab room temp butter
1 (8oz) package cream cheese, softened
1 tea vinilla extract (I use Penzeys)
4 cups powdered sugar
2-4 Tab milk, to make spreadable

Good stuff.
