Title: CT pork chops

Here are some pork chops I cook Sunday with CT (Carolina Treat cooking sauce) and CB all purpose rub. Now the "good ones" were mine and Kimmie likes hers burnt. See 2nd picture

The top ones look good Tommy. Let Kimmie know there is no need to re-kill the chop like that..it is already dead ;D

If it's pink it's alive to her or if it's juicy and tender put it back for a few min's on the grate. :'(

Juicy and tender = BAD to her
Black and crunchy = GOOD go figure?

I would love to, ;D but make sure you have enough fuel to burn Kimmies meal or she won't go for it. :-\

I never new hockey pucks were goods eats! But she thinks they are.

I never new hockey pucks were goods eats! But she thinks they are.

Tommy they look more like a couple of spent Bradley pucks :D

TR, I would never ask you to cook a bad steak! That's not me, but she gets it her way one way or another. ;)
