Post by: Up In Smoke on January 26, 2011, 09:03:43 AM
I went to the mail box today and look what i found!!!

A package from our friendly smokin' Monkey.
Thank you sonny for taking the time to do this.
Can't wait to get mixing some goodies with the jalapeno powder.
And as soon as i can move the stump's into the driveway i am gonna give a couple butts
some of that john henry's.
And i am thinking the cajun or the pecan will hit some chicken breasts!

The pecan rub on Beef is great.

I have used it on shoulder roast for pulled beef.

Delicious.

I used some of that Pecan that you gave me on some boneless chicken the other day. Fantastic!
