Had the door open for like 30 seconds and look how the cold air wrinkled the casing.

The GP seasoning is really good in these sticks. Going to be an add in with allot of them now.

Bloom em up some. 2 hours

Normally i dont cut my sticks right away but i wanted to see the texture and taste of the GP.

So what was the texture and taste of the GP in there? I have an order in for some more of the GP so I may be doing a lot of this myself when it gets here.

Those turned out nice. I was a little concerned about the color early on. The gray wasn't looking too appetizing to me :)

Is gunpowder a spice or a rub?

I think you can use the GP for a rub too. This is a southern item. TMB, GusR & TestR are in the area. My go to southern bro's  ;D
