He makes his own bacon and puts it in and 2 different cheeses

You can beat that and save a few bucks I would guess. Cooking for guys at work, I had to watch expenses. Cheapo Costo frozen patties somewhat defrosted to the point you could pinch the ends together.
Take 2 patties and put some sharp shredded Cheddar and crumbled bacon in the middle and make a sandwitch, pinching them together. On the outside Sprinkle with Tony Chachere's or your favorite rub while grilling. I have found that cheese mixed in with ground meat seems to vaporize. Give it a go, it's quick and good.

They do have a bite but they are dam good there is at least 4 whole peppers in the jar and some parts
