Was in the store looking for some GB and they had Round steaks on sale.
The meat guy walks by and I ask him if he has one of them Round steak in
Crovac thinking in my weak mind they would be about the size of a whole
sirloin. He says he does and go and gets one. He backs out of the Market
swinging door and when he turns around with this glob of meat in his hands
my jaw almost hit the ground. He puts it on the front of the basket and the
basket almost tilts over. It sure made it easy to round corners in the Store.

48 lb's of Meat Glob. Got some strange looks walking thru the Groc Store.
For $1.97 a lb I will have some great Hamburger.
I leaned it out first and grinded it ALL on a coarse grind. Gonna mix it 85/15 with beef fat
and seal into 5 lb pkgs Today. More snacks sticks on the way! ;D
Holy crap! That is a hunk-o-beef. :o
What do you think about 45 minutes in the Bradley for that thing?.... :D
Man what a score. That is one chunk of meat.
If you are going to make any GB jerky you should package some with out any fat at all. I always prefer pork fat to beef fat for sausage. Straight lean meat makes the best jerky.

Wow, thats huge. Nice price though.
