Title: smoking sausages
Post by: cured on January 31, 2011, 08:57:41 AM
Just bought my Bradley Smoker and hot smoked a few home made sausages. They were delicious but took about two hours. This seems an expensive way to smoke four small sausages. Any suggestions?

I'm not really sure what you are looking for, but my suggestion would be to smoke more than four sausages at a time.

Cooking in a Bradley is low and slow.  Two hours is nothing.  As mentioned above do a quantity instead of a couple and the price goes down.

Yep as mentioned above loader up when and as much as you can. Products you cooked can be frozen after too.
