Hello Everyone
Just bought a Bradley Smoker. New to smoking. Been making my own sausages for years decided to try smoking them.

I'll assume that you are putting cure#1 in those sausages if you are going to smoke them, unless you hot smoke (at or above 200F)

Yes intend to hot smoke the sausages in a large ring and freeze them.Tried a few small ones the other day -delicious
