A pizza pie that is. ;D
Started off with some unfed sourdough that I pulled off my starter. Made a dough and let sit in the fridge over night to get more sour. Them pulled out and come to room temp and rise, rolled out and dropped in the DEEP dish pan.

Then after an hr rise it was about 1/4" thick, stabbed it a couple times so it dont get outta hand.

Then added some onion, green pepper, shrooms and olives.

Topped with some spicy peperoni.

And finished with another half pound of cheese.
