Greetings from rainy Puget Sound in Seattle WA. My name is Sergey, some call me Serge for simplicity. I have just purchased a Bradley Smoker and can't wait to get it working - it is still en route being shipped to me.
I am planning to use it in my coffee shop - it is more like a small restaurant. I have just applied for beer and wine permit - so this way I can run as a coffee shop by morning and as a diner in the evening.
