Title: Gun Powder
Post by: DADAKOTA on February 02, 2011, 04:43:54 PM
Alright ya'll.  What is this seasoning gonna do for me?  Got the CT, but have yet to try it as I got too much snow and single digits to be grillin.  Also got the recipe for Jan's rub.  Now it looks like I might have to order some gun powder so fill me in on what you use it on and how you use it (rub, seasoning, etc.)  Gonna have to not get on the site so much cause it costs me more money. ;D ;D ;D

When I opened my container of GP I received the other day, I was amazed how fine the powder is.  First thing Iused it on was grilled fish.  Was great.  Will be using it on a brisket this weekend.

I have used mine on Ribeyes, Pork Chops, Breakfast Chops, Baked Potatoes, Hamburger patties and pan fried/browned, and on Sub sandwiches. So basically it can be used on just about anything.
