I just want to let you guys know about an amazing jerky seasoning. Jack jack jerky seasoning from American spice is awesome. I've tried a lot of them d this is the best by far! I let some friends have some and they kept bothering me for more. So I made some and shipped it to them. Great stuff!

Its very similar to jack links. Not the kind in the back but the kind that comes vac packed in a stick. It has a peppery sweet taste.

Thanks Copr - Checked the link and their own link wouldn't reveal the ingredients, but I thought it interesting that the sell it as doing 15 lbs of meat, but the package says 25 lbs ??? Hope to give this one a try soon.

It does 15 pounds. I Did it smoked and in the oven and prefer it without any smoke flavor.
