Hey guy's, been reading and using tips and recipe's on this forum for years. Lot's of great advice and tip's and trick's. I've had my OBS for about five years. Spent the night on the couch last night so I could make adjustments to heat and change water bowl when needed. Just pulled a 8.5 lbs butt out 2 hours ago and ftc'ing right now. Spent 20 hours in the OBS with 7 hours of hickory at 205-215, pulled it at 195. Gonna have pulled pork nachos for Super Bowl. Thanks for sharing all of your knowledge and recipes. Make's my family think I'm a Master BBQ'er/Smoker.

make sure that when the food is done you wipe a little of the soot/grease on your face and exclaim how hard you worked at this.
