Title: 2nd time user major problem

this is only the second time i have used my bradley digital smoker. was making pork butt for super bowl party. All was doing well through the smoke and over night....took a nap for about an hr. woke up, temp of meat went down to 132 and smoker said 50????? What the hell happened, and will they replace my smoker (2 months old). Also I have the meat in oven at 320 right now its reading 165 and climbing.

You need to make sure you reset the oven timer before you go to bed, it will only do a max of 9 hours 40 minutes.

i did that, it not that....even after I transferred the meat to the oven, i tried unplugging and resetting and it would not heat up????

Probably the heating element. Seems fairly common...mine went out on the 4th smoke and Bradley replaced in no questions asked. Call them and they will help you out.
