Cold smoked a couple New Yorks for dinner last night then applied some Gun Powder seasoning.

Fired up the grill threw on some taters and when they were almost done slapped on the steaks.
Dinner time.

Now I have tried the Gun Powder on chicken, pork and beef.
As of right now I gotta say it goes best on a steak.
Gonna try it on some deer next.
Deer or dear? ;)
You are just a cooking machine.

I smoked them with 2 hr Pecan, no need for my cold smoke box cause it was below 0 F Sat. night.
After the smoke wrapped in plastic and placed in the fridge.
Sun night seasoned with some GP and slapped em on the gasser.
Dam good looking meal :)
Looks awesome Curt! I love that Gun Powder Seasoning.
Did a couple steaks the other night with it and all I can say is "Awesome!"
Couple more going tonight.
Thanks Curt.
