Title: More Jerky

The jerky i made the other day went already at my neighbors house. So he brought more meat over and asked if i can do more....SURE

Got some hillbilly marinade made. Let this sit for an hour or so to come together while you cut the meat.

Looks Great Nepas....I have seen it a few times through the jerky making forum, what is Hillbilly Jerky?
