Title: Pork Shoulder
Post by: unclebuck on February 13, 2011, 05:54:12 AM
Sobey's has bone in pork shoulder(hock off)for $1.00/lb. this week.  It looks like I will have to stock up again.  I am out of smoked moose & elk brats and I want to make a batch each of pepperoni & kabanosy sticks.  I might just get lucky and grab some whole shoulders(hock on)for the same price to do some ham hocks as well!!!  There may even be some left over to do some pulled pork.

I'd go for hock-on if you have a good saw.  They'd be great smoked up in the Bradley.

Other than that, a few of those should go a long way.  :D  Great price.
