Yea, I'm biting my tongue one this one! So, what's that green stuff?

Oh, but I'd eat the rest!  ;)

No pictures but I made lamb shanks from the linked recipe. They turned out VERY good. I also made tiramasu.

Okay, if you say so:

Not the actual pic of what we ate but similar.  It's an annual tradition at White Castle.  Each Valentine's Day they decorate selected restaurants with candles on the tables, waitresses, etc., and we dress up in our best attire and go out.  It has become quite a popular attraction.  You have to make your reservations early in January or there's no room left.

uhhh,  ummmm, hmmmm, now let me see, uhhhhh.  I don't know what my wife had, but I had a Wendy's Grilled chicken burger.  My wife and I do a ministry on Monday nights, and we spent the evening hopefully making a better Valentines Day for others.  Spent part of the night talking to a friend of mine and his son - they had to put his wife back in the hospital - out of remission after 5 years.

However, on Saturday, because of the ministry, we and 56 of our closest ministry friends, had a Valentines Dinner - catered.  Great food (especially the desserts), company and conversation, PLUS my wife did not have to clean up after my cooking!!!   ;D ;D ;D ;D  I think that was her favorite gift.   ;D ;D ;D ;D  I've been known to make more than a little mess!

I have no pics but my wife cooked manly heart shaped pasta that had spinach and cheese in it. That's right no meat. Hmmmm after 16 years together I am thinking I was not the focus of thought when this menu was constructed. :-\
