Evening all,
Did up a little dinner for tonight (have to justify the toys ;D) for Amy.
Started out with a lobster tail in a simple sugar/salt brine -

A a ribeye cut in half for the two of us. Doing a dry brine for the steak -

To go with it a beer bread using a double chocolate stout (got have chocolate, it is Valentines Day after all). The recipe on the side is in a menu holder I get from restaurant supply store. Cheap and keeps the paper clean. As you can see the pan is old and well used -

Wow that looks awesome. Like Eric, you are making me look bad. Wife cooked tonight while I was smoking some thighs for my lunch tomorrow.
