Welcome to the Forum, Tom.  If you use the Search function and look for rib receipes, you'll find hundreds of posts.  Or--you could go to the FAQ Forum that is stickied at the top of each Forum . . .

Sometimes simpler is better. I would rub a nice variety of spices into the ribs and let them set for about an hour while you are setting up the smoker. Set you temp to about 200 and smoke for 4 hours using the bisquette flavor of your choice. Then cook to desired temp. Personaly I would alternate mesquite and hicory or something like that.
