Title: Gregs Spicy GB Jerky?

Yeah going to make Gregs (pensrock) spicy stick recipe into some GB jerky  :o

Going to be using the new stuffer on this. I took my heat gun and made the nozzle just a tad thinner.

Got my ingredients ready. Replacing the sugar in Gregs recipe with Trehalose because after vac sealing i will be freezing the jerky for a trip later  ;D

I'll bite, what is Trehalose and why is it bad to freeze it with sugar?
