Weather has warmed up and before it gets too Hot, I needed to get a cheese smoke in.

I used the cold smoke adaptor and set the PID to 80* Cheese got two hours of Pecan.

I broke into some of mine at the campground and the neighbors loved it. I need to do more soon!

What do you with that much cheese. I don't think I have eaten half that much cheese in the last 10 years.

I cut them down in size to give most of it away.

I do like cheese and SS on crackers with hot sauce

and jalapenos and mustard.

Wife grates for Son's pizzas.

It gets used. ;D
