Title: beefmann has an urge for Cinnamon Rolls

had an urge to make Cinnamon rolls and here is the start of mine.

1 cup milk and 2 eggs scrambled at room temperature

1/4 cup melted butter

3 1/2 cups bread flour

1/4 cup granulated sugar

1 tsp salt

2 tsp cinnamon

2 tsp active dry yeast

then into  a bread machine on the dough setting.  more to follow once things get done

Sounds good allready, cant wait to see the money shot.  ;D

I did up some the other day and the girls hit the rolls before I got the frosting on.  ::)

1 cup brown sugar , 5 tsp cinnamon, and 1/2 cup melted butter mixed

both made up and sliced into 1 to 1 1/4 thick pieces and now rising 40 to 50 minutes

Looks like gonna be doing jerky AND Cinnamon buns this weekend. :D This forum is awesome but I can see myself getting fatter than I already am. Oh well, what a way to go. ;D

Lookin good Beef! I was wondering when you were gonna break that thing out! Ya might wanna coral those boys up boys up a little tighter so they do not try to unwind.

one thing i have learned, the messier it is , the better tasting it is,...

next time i will make a tighter roll and see how  that works out

fresh out of the oven, and ready for a big scoop of vanilla... yummmm the whole house smells of the rolls

Looks like they nestled up together real nice! Good second rise. For anyone that has not done these, the smell sensation is fantastic!

I have a Zojirushi and love it, already have went through 20 lbs + of flour and all the bread has came out great

The Zo home Bakery is a killer machine. Mixes dough the same or better than my high end stand mixer. It really is "dump and run". I gotta babysit my stand mixer. Will handle a 7 cup flour mix and not miss a beat.
I generally do not bake in it, but it will produce some fine bread. It has programmable settings for the dough cycle to adjust to your needs. Clean up is very easy also.
