Nice Beefman
Tilt!!!!! :P
The Zo home Bakery is a killer machine. Mixes dough the same or better than my high end stand mixer. It really is "dump and run". I gotta babysit my stand mixer. Will handle a 7 cup flour mix and not miss a beat.
I generally do not bake in it, but it will produce some fine bread. It has programmable settings for the dough cycle to adjust to your needs. Clean up is very easy also.
