Title: How much cheese to put in sticks?

About to try my hand at snack sticks for the first time.Going to use the hi mountain cajun kit.I've got some hi temp cheese and thinking it might make a nice addition,but how much should I add?

When adding cheese I use 10% cheese, in weight, to the weight of the meat.

1 lb cheese to 10 lb meat.
