Title: Crockpot Beer Brisket
Post by: muebe on February 26, 2011, 02:05:46 PM
Wife made her famous Crockpot Beer Brisket today. Dang it is good! Just dump a whole brisket, lipton onion soup mix, a couple of warm beers, and sliced onion. Leave it on low for 8 to 12 hours(depending on the size of the brisket). The remove the brisket and slice it. Then throw it back into the juice for another 20 minutes and your done ;D

That thing looks nice!

Hmmmmm.

Maybe 4 to 6 hours of smoke with the dry soup mix on top then the crock

pot with the beers and onions.

Might something for me to try in the future.

Kind of reminds me of the smoked chili brisket I use to do in a water smoker many many years ago.
I should dust that one off and do it again only Bradley style.
