Nice.  I have several packages of cheese that hit 4 weeks on Wednesday.  All I can do to stay out of them.  Think I will go six weeks before hitting the first one.

Great looking inventory of cheese.

I must have missed BLSH's post on the Weston bags.  Would you mind to elaborate?

Hey Larry,

Weston Vac Bags. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001GP81OK

They also have the Weston Vacuum Sealer Bags 8-in.x50-ft. 18.99

Someone asked about the best place for bags in an earlier post. What I like about the Weston Bags - no print on them.
