Title: A Little Ice Fishing Treat
Post by: devo on March 02, 2011, 10:41:30 AM
Going out ice fishing on the weekend and saw that I was out of Jerky so in the freezer I went. Found an old 2 lbs. beef roast and thawed it out. Sliced it as thin as I could. I like thin slices. Used the Hi-mountain cracked pepper N garlic on it. In the fridge for twenty four hours. Got home from work this morning and got the bradley going to 120 F. Laid the beef out on the racks and went back out to the -32 degree garage. (Very friggin cold) Five hours later I got myself a nice treat for fishing.  ;D
