and now sitting at 147

I had boiled 2 dozen eggs and smoked them to fill the smoker and put them in some peppered pickle juice

They have hickory smoke and scotch bonnets for heat :o :o

And for the other one i passed out after a long chat and left it in the smoker
i woke up with a IT of 201 and i put it in FTM at 7am :o the water pan was dry
and my pan for catching the drippings was almost dry but we will see here in
awhile how it is mite be drunk roast or mite be Lucky ???

i used Dales seasoning in the pan when it went in to FTM and its a little on the salty side
but its not a waste ;D
