I just took of a batch of ABT's and I must say they were amazing. Thank you Indy Smoker for the suggestion. My wife does not really like smoked food and she loved them. I have cordon bleu still in the smoker and I hope it turns out as god as these did.

Love ABT's. Neighbors ask me everytime they smell the OBS cranking if I am doing ABT's.

They look good, I just did some yesterday (http://i173.photobucket.com/albums/w73/carnie1/bddeb9ce.jpg) My friends can't get enough of them, they are addicting, my portion makes it out of the smoker and thats about it , they don't even make it in the house ;D
