I asked the cafeteria lady yesterday if she would do some contract slicing of the stuff I smoked this weekend. She said sure - just bring it in.

9 pounds of pre-smoked Italian beef and 6 pounds of turkey boulder...

(I did the vacuum sealing)

The semi-raw beef made a huge mess, but she enjoyed snacking on the turkey boulder 'debris'.

I slid her some greenbacks and she tried to put up a fight - but not a big one. ;)

Maybe freeze the semi-raw a couple hours first?

Now really, can anyone put up a good fight when somebody puts some green backs in there face? ::)
