And people eat them! Was picking up a pork belly and saw the cows lips and thought I'd share with y'all. Sorry about the glare it was a curved meat case. Asked the butcher what do you make with those....he said TACOS! Was surprised to see they weren't cheaper.

Never seen those in a market in these parts. They do seem a bit pricey. Maybe demand is high.
