Title: I got 2 boxes today...

I got two boxes today. One with my three Bubba Pucks & 4 Frog mats from Yard and Pool  and the other is my Cabela's 10 Tray Dehydrator ;D

YES! Gonna make some nuggets but gonna need a marinade recipe...and some guidance ::)

Cool Muebe, I ordered the cabelas 10 rack Digital dehydrator for $99, The house is gonna get quiet for a couple days, I forgot to ask the wife for permission ;D ::) ;D

Ok so I want to make a spicy teriyaki marinade for the nuggets....got any marinade recipes? Now do I mix the curing salt in the wet marinade or do I apply it directly to the beef before using the marinade? And what should be the Bradley temp, time, and smoke? And finally dehydrator temp & time?

I can't help you with the marinade, I use dry cure and spices. I figure you are going to dehydrate it anyway, why add liquid?

I'm sure I've seen a teriyaki recipe here somewhere.
