Could some one send me a link to this controller. [ the one that Sonny sent]  What voltage does it run on and what voltage can it control? Will it energize a 110 volt coil?  I have a Propane burner in my smoker and I use a 110 volt solenoid valve to switch between high fire and low fire. I then have a bypass plumbed around the valve with a needle valve incorporated in the bypass. This way I can control the level of low fire. The controller just clicks on and off and switches between low and high fire to hold the temperature. I just do not presently have a digital controller. I depend on a thermo-bulb to switch back and forth. That causes a little larger temperature swing them I would like.

Monty, Glad to help.

Just happy you got the controller and are up and running.

Kirby, the controller thru my Traeger dealer runs around $74.

Yes.

I have the smoke/low/hi controller that came with it if you want it.

It is not digital.
