Well I am following 10.5's rib pictorial. I am 3 hours in and have just foiled my ribs and put them back in the smoker. They look similar to the ribs in the picture so that is a good start. I can not wait to try them. I will post some pics when they are done. Now I just have to decide what goes good with ribs... More ribs I guess!
P.S. The Maverick 732 is working great.

I have used 10.5's recipe many times and they are always awsome. I suggest baked beans with the ribs
Well? ;D
Must be in a rib induced nap yet
Sorry for the delay. The ribs turned out amazing. The instructions were clear and they work. I can not wait to try them again. Thanks for the recipe 10.5.

Niiiiiiiice!
I would do some damage on a couple of those babys.
Noticed you have your smoker temp probe on the top rack, it should be on the bottom rack so you can see what heat the ribs are really getting.
May be switch the bottom rack of ribs with the top rack of temp probe. ;D
I'm just sayin.
OU812 thank you for the advice on the temp probe. I will move it on the next smoke.

Those ribs look so good I think I am going to have to smoke up another batch this week.
