Title: Mushroom Brats
Post by: Phantom Smoker on March 16, 2011, 02:29:02 PM
A local shop here makes mushroom brats. They are awesome. I would like to try to make some of these. Any recipe Ideas? Ive made a few different kinds of brats. Smoked and sheboygan style. Both were great but would like to try more. Any other ideas for brats would be great also. Thanks

Can you see chunks of mushrooms in them?  Or maybe they are dehydrated and ground into the mix..

That sounds really good.

I do beleive they were dehydrated and then ground. They almost seem like they have some type of soup mix or somthing in them. They are a fresh brat. Time to experiment!!!!
