i have injected seasonings into tri tip and roasts comes out  quite juicy and tasty. im sure if you  do the same  with a turkey it will come out awesome , allow extra time to cook because of the liquids.

Enjoy

Yep melted butter, lemon juice, hot sauce if you like, garlic powder, and onion powder

Yeper

If you inject cut your soak time in the brine down, like in half.

Or you can take what ever fits through the needle, and if it dont I'll grind it into a powder, and mix with butter.

Say you have a rub you like and are going to rub the bird with it take some of that rub and grind it then add it to some butter and inject away.

A good starting point would be 1 Tbl ground rub to 1 stick melted unsalted butter.

Or you can by the ready made stuff.
