Title: Teriyaki Jerky Yummy
Post by: RFT on March 20, 2011, 09:45:36 AM
Just did a 10lb batch marinated with Soy Vay Veri Veri Teriyaki and it turned out very very  good.  ;D

I marinated it for 2 days and smoked with Hickory.  Wife says to me after she tried it "You aren't going to take any of this to work, right!?!"     In other words, it got the seal of "this is good stuff" from the wife.

I just made some homemade teriyaki sauce and was wondering how it'd do on jerky, guess I am gonna give it a whirl. Did you add anything else besides the teriyaki sauce?

First batch I did was straight Soy Vey sauce.
Second batch I added some Worcestershire sauce to the marinade and let it sit for an hour or two.
