Nice looking loin Tommy. And a great way to incorporate the veggies into the meat. The kids can't feed them to the dog now :D

Thanks all and it did taste pretty darn good if I say so. Now Kimmie wants me to bring it to an IT of 250! This way it's more like charcoal (the way she likes meat) :'(
