Hey Guys/Gals,
New here.
What do you guys recommend for a good spring cleaning?
My DBS has been dormant in the garage (covered) for better part of 6 months and just need some advice.
Thanks in advance.

All the normal things such as racks, trays, bowls etc. In addition take a good look in the tower to check for spider webs, possible mold, etc. Try to avoid scrubbing the inside walls if you can avoid it. You might want to open up the smoker generator and clean that out as well.
In addition to KyNola's advise,I'd also check and wipe the door seal to make sure it stayed plyable.

Just water or can I use a light soapy mixture?

For the door seal I would use rubbing alcohol to cut the smoke film.
For the inside walls, if you can avoid it don't do anything to them. Otherwise lightly dry brush them just to remove what you need to remove or crumple some up newspaper and use that.
Well.. It is March...
Probably need to put a big UK Wildcats sticker on the front door.
Won't make it any cleaner.
Just good karma.
Awrighten.
If my smoker sits dormant...I blow it out (well, in truth I ask the landscapers to do it! ;D) clean the v tray and the vent thingy...gets a little sticky....
Ahhh The rest have missed the obvious. Don't let it sit dormant for six months under a cover. Then all you have to do is a little daily/weekly cleaning and you don't have these worries because you know it works. Other wise follow their suggestions
WHAT !!!!
Sitting dormant for 6 months !!???
WHY. . . WHY. . . WHY . . .???
