I found this sausage at a brewpub in Ellicott City, MD. I'd really like to make some for myself. Anybody have a suggestion as to a Rx?
I'm thinking adding dried blueberries to a good sausage Rx. What do y'all think?

a grocery store by me makes blueberry sausage and they are surprisingly good.
