We have used one for many many years. They work great. Now I have a smaller five pound stuffer I use for small batches. I think most stuffer tubes will fit, just measure where the flange fits and get one the right size. Not sure where I got the last set I have, probably TSM.

Allied Kenco has them also, any tube with the plate that is '1-1/2 will work too  just showing the back of the tube disregard the other part (http://i173.photobucket.com/albums/w73/carnie1/c609a6ac.jpg)

I got one and it worked just fine.   Only knock I have on it is it heavy and awkward to clean.   Have since bought a 5lb LEM that I use but the Enterprise still sits on my bench.   Here's what I have
